(N) (4) Look right. Step 90 degrees to right into right back stance with right inside forearm block. (E) (5) Reverse punch (mid-level). (E) (6) Pivoting on right foot, draw left foot up to right and shift body back to the front while drawing left fist back to left hip and simultaneously throwing short right punch to the left across your chest (this sequence is performed slowly).(N) (7) Step forward into right back stance with augmented block. (N) (8) Step forward into left forward stance with low X-block . (N) (9) Draw both fists quickly towards right hip and then forward into high open hand X-block. (N) (10) Turning both hands counterclockwise, trap and press to right hip (left hand on top). (N) (11) Left mid-level front punch. (N) (17) Follow through (after elbow) with left foot behind right into cross over leg stance with mid-level augmented backfist. (N) (18) Bring left foot back into feet together stance and punch upward with right fist. (N) (19) Step out slightly 180 degrees behind with left foot into left cat stance with both fists drawn back to hips. (S) (20) Jump forward off left foot (approximately two shoulder widths in distance) and land in a low right foot forward cross over leg stance with low X-block. Kiai!!! (E) (21) Step 90 degrees to right into right back stance with augmented block. (S) (22) Shift feet and head 180 degrees behind into left back stance with left inward pressing block and right low knife strike (simultaneously). (N) (23) Left down block and right upper-level backfist to the rear (simultaneously). (N) (24) Draw left foot back to the right into feet together stance and pivot 180 degrees with right open hand low knife strike and left open hand upper-level backhand strike to the rear. (W) (25) Step 90 degrees to the right into right back stance with right inward pressing block and left low knife strike (simultaneously).
